A leading commercial property investor / developer is seeking an ambitious Facilities Manager to join their growing team in Manchester. Current portfolio consists of c£300M of Grade A Office and Mixed-Use space, with ambitions and funding to grow to c£1Bn over the next few years. This is a rare clientside opportunity to join an established business at the start of a significant period of growth.

Salary: c£40-60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus.
