Job Summary
This UK based investor and developer is looking to recruit a site-based Facilities/Building Manager on a commercial development in Milton Keynes. This role will see you take responsibility for ensuring the efficient and effective management of the day-to-day operations of the office assets, through best practice and minimum standards. You will focus on service across the buildings and estate whilst maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for tenants through the monitoring of Health & Safety systems and statutory requirements.
You will be an experienced Facilities/Building Manager, and ideally will have worked for a landlord or managing agent. Knowledge of Health & Safety is important and ideally you will hold IOSH.
