Macdonald & Company have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a prestigious property portfolio in London. This role involves leading a facilities team to deliver top-tier property management services, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining high operational standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing tenant experience while supporting sustainability and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of properties, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and tenant satisfaction.
- Lead a team delivering both hard and soft FM services, including cleaning, security, and maintenance.
- Manage budgets, service charges, and financial planning to align with company objectives.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with procurement teams to manage contractors, monitor performance, and ensure value for money.
- Support sustainability initiatives, working towards a net-zero carbon future.
- Assist with refurbishments, insurance claims, and due diligence on property transactions.

What You Need:
