Brand new position for a surveyor to join this in-house property team and absorb a sometimes unconventional, but always compelling workstream. You will cover the entire operational portfolio, adeptly resolving challenges across the full surveying spectrum whilst collaborating with top-tier external advisors and internal teams, leveraging your technical acumen to protect and optimise their valuable assets. This role offers a significant opportunity to impact and advance your professional journey within this stalwart of the North West.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing lease renewals and rent reviews, disposals, L&T, tenant management, CPO, easements, wayleaves, etc.
Salary up to £55,000 + Car Allowance. We are also considering a more junior candidate.
