The Role
You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio, ensuring assets are compliant, well maintained, and delivering strong performance. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and tenants, you’ll provide both day-to-day management and strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client and tenant relationships
- Manage service charge budgets and rent collection/arrears
- Carry out property inspections
- Oversee maintenance and contractor management
- Enforce lease covenants and manage lease events
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and fire regulations
- Handle rent reviews and lease renewals
About You
- Proven commercial property management experience
- Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance
- Organised, proactive, and confident working independently
