A chartered property transactor is sought by a major infrastructure hub in Lagos, Nigeria. They are attracting the interest of multinationals seeking to establish business operations within one of Africa's fastest growing cities, with direct access to the West African market, where they already have a vast array of blue-chip tenants established.
With significant expansion on the horizon, driven by ongoing zonal development, they are looking for someone who can structure and secure sound deals. Reporting at an Executive level, you will drive sustainable revenue growth both via commercial property deals and from cross selling of value-added services.
Whilst you will benefit from regular enquiries, this is a "hunters" role which will require you to approach and attract the best in class for land, warehouse, and office spaces. Additionally, we are looking for a sales leader who is able to grow and manage a team and who is able to collaborate with various internal stakeholders to maximise business opportunities.
Accountable for pipeline, forecast and performance reporting you also need to be tech savvy and proficient in CRM's such as Pipedrive. Offering a full ex-pat package, including housing, transport, flight allowance, medical insurance and schooling, your income will be tax free and include a performance-based bonuses linked to set KPIs.
To be suited to this role you will ideally have a bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 8 years' experience in industrial or logistics property transactions and will preferably hold a post grad qualification such as RICS. Whilst experience within the African continent is highly preferable, experience living and working outside of your home country is a must have.
This role will be based in Lagos, Nigeria.
