West Midlands owner / operator has need for an additional surveyor to join the team! This hire will join a team tasked with disposing of the organisations redundant properties / land and suit an MRICS qualified surveyor with a background in commercial property transactions.
A strong understanding of property disposals, asset management and valuation - including development appraisals (preferably using ARGUS) and budget forecasting—is required for success in this role.
The role will be to cover the midlands region and be based from an office in the West Midlands.
Remuneration will reflect experience, albeit circa £45 - £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bens.
