An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Director – Office Agency to join a highly regarded property consultancy with a strong presence across the London market. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of landlord and occupier clients across the West End office market, advising on lettings, acquisitions, sales and strategic property matters. The successful candidate will be expected to service existing client relationships while also driving business development initiatives and generating new instructions. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead negotiations on office letting transactions for landlord and tenant clients
  • Advise clients on office acquisitions including leasehold and freehold opportunities
  • Manage office disposal instructions and associated marketing campaigns
  • Undertake market research and prepare pitch reports, presentations and client advice
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and instructions
  • Attend client meetings and work closely with internal teams across agency and lease advisory
  • Conduct property viewings, inspections and acquisition tours
  • Contribute to the growth and profile of the wider office agency team

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience within office agency at Senior Associate, Associate Director or Director level
  • Strong understanding of the Central London and West End office markets
  • Demonstrable track record in office leasing, acquisitions and transactional work
  • Strong business development and networking capability
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Commercially focused with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple instructions and client relationships effectively
  • MRICS qualified preferred, although strong relevant experience will also be considered
