  • Making things happen: Secure planning approvals for ambitious large-scale projects and prepare grant applications for Homes England and other funding bodies.
  • Collaborating with purpose: Work with their fantastic in-house marketing team to ensure each project makes a splash.
  • Building the business: Develop plans that go beyond the numbers, delivering results for investors, stakeholders, and—most importantly—the people who’ll live, work, and thrive in our spaces.

Who You Are

We’re not just looking for someone to do the job—we’re looking for someone to own it. You’ll thrive with them if you:

  • Are an experienced property development professional with at least three years’ practical experience, ideally focused on the early stages of projects.
  • Have financial modelling skills and can navigate legal agreements with ease.
  • Are a natural leader, capable of managing large-scale design teams while keeping everyone aligned with the vision.
  • Have razor-sharp written communication skills, an eye for design, and a passion for creating places that people love.
  • Bring a positive attitude that inspires your team and keeps projects moving forward.
  • Are curious, adaptable, and hungry to learn, with a focus on continuous improvement.
