We’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their Property Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Management professional looking for a varied role with responsibility across an established property portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Service charge budgeting, reconciliations and cost recovery
  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Contractor procurement and performance management
  • Statutory compliance and health & safety
  • Regular property inspections and maintenance reporting
  • Tenant enquiries and relationship management
  • Oversight of vacant properties and associated works
  • Working closely with Asset Managers, managing agents, contractors and other stakeholders

We’re keen to hear from experienced Facilities or Property Management professionals who are confident managing maintenance, contractors, compliance and day-to-day property operations. You’ll need to be organised, proactive and comfortable building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders. Relevant qualifications are advantageous, but experience and the right approach are key.
