I’m recruiting for a developer and main contractor based in Preston with a strong pipeline of commercial, retail, and residential projects ranging from £1m to £20m. They’re looking for someone to lead the delivery of multiple design & build schemes, ensuring they’re completed on time, on budget and on spec.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinate design teams and subcontractors post-tender
  • Chair design meetings and drive compliance with planning, regs, and brand standards
  • Develop and monitor detailed construction programmes
  • Lead client meetings and produce stakeholder reports
  • Enforce quality control and evolve delivery procedures
  • Ensure CDM and Building Safety Act compliance

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in design & build project delivery
  • A relevant degree (CIOB desirable) and CSCS certification
  • Strong communication, planning, and contract knowledge
  • Calm under pressure, confident in meetings, and sharp on detail
  • Excel and Word fluency
