An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious Contracts Manager to join our growing Potter Space team. As the new Contracts Manager, you will take a key role in the management of the Construction team with a focus on delivery of new build development and site maintenance programmes. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with internal teams, contractors, and tenants to deliver a proactive, efficient and high quality service.

The Role
As the Contracts Manager you will report into the Head of Construction and will play a key role in the delivery of the next phase of development. The role is based at our new modern headquarters in Leeds City Centre with travel to our sites a key requirement of the role.
