Leading property consultancy have need for an additional Commercial Property Management to join the regional team based in Birmingham, to cover a Maternity leave. The role would suit a commercial surveyor who is available to commence employment at short notice and one who can hit the ground running!
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the management of commercial properties for institutional and international clients
- Monitor service charge budgets, arrears, and financial reporting
- Handle lease events, tenant communications, and client reporting
- Support business development and cross-sell opportunities
- Liaise with Facilities Managers, Helpdesk, and internal teams
About You
Ideally MRICS qualified (albeit not essential) with experience in commercial property management (essential). Strong understanding of leases.
