Job Summary

Well known, well regarded commercial property company have need for a Property / Estates Management Surveyor to cover a period of maternity leave (12 months FTC).

The role would suit a professional with circa 2-4 years’ experience (although more experienced professional interested, are encouraged to apply).

The role will include aiding in the management of a part of the portfolio, supporting the more senior members of the teams. This will include minimising voids, conducting viewings, preparing HOT’s, managing lease events, service charge matters, along with routine inspections etc. A full job description is available.
