The RoleYou will play a key role in managing and enhancing the performance of the commercial property portfolio, including:
- Asset management initiatives, lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews
- Negotiating Heads of Terms with tenants, agents and solicitors
- Day-to-day occupier relationship management
- Property inspections, compliance and maintenance coordination
- Service charge administration and tenant recharges
- Contractor management and refurbishment projects
- Grounds maintenance oversight and line management of grounds staff
- Supporting income growth, asset value enhancement and minimisation of voids
We are looking for someone who has:
- MRICS qualification, (of close to)
- Experience in commercial property and/or asset management
- Strong landlord and tenant knowledge
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Commercial awareness and a practical problem-solving approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
Salary circa £35 - £40,000
