Macdonald & Company are delighted to be working with a private London based property investment and development company who both own and manage a substantial commercial and residential portfolio across the UK. The business is seeking to grow the company with the appointment of a Commercial Lettings Negotiator to join a vibrant and dynamic team where you will be involved with conducting viewings and negotiations with prospective tenants. This is an office based role with site visits in and around London.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and leading viewings
- Conducting negotiations with prospective tenants
- Undertaking preparation of letting documents including Heads of Terms and completion statements
- Inter-department working across the business i.e. Commercial Property Management, Landlord and Tenant, legal and other departments as relevant.
- Support in administrative tasks including setting up new tenants on Horizon V10 (property management platform)
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Flexible with a can-do positive approach
- Team player and ability to work independently
