A leading property business is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to take responsibility for a high-profile, mixed-use commercial property portfolio. This is a broad and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to oversee a large-scale portfolio while working closely with asset management and operational teams to drive performance and occupier satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full management of service charge budgets including forecasting, reconciliation and reporting
  • Driving cost efficiency, procurement strategy and value engineering initiatives
  • Day-to-day oversight of estate operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery
  • Managing lease events including occupier onboarding, fit-outs and rent reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation including H&S and statutory obligations
  • Working with stakeholders and service partners to deliver continuous improvement across the campus

About You:

  • MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience considered)
  • Proven background in commercial estate or property management
  • Strong service charge management and financial oversight experience
  • Commercially aware with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented and confident working in a fast-paced environment
