Overview
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor on client side, you will lead commercial management for refurbishment and fit-out projects across the UK.
You’ll partner with site teams and contractors to drive cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts, while maintaining robust contractual documentation.
You will own projects from inception through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
This role offers hands-on site involvement within the live entertainment sector and opportunities to influence project success at scale.
