This company has an exceptional track record of creating schemes and projects mainly in the business space sector. This position is suitable for someone with 2-4 years of practical property development experience, initially supporting senior team members.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Preparing and updating development appraisals and programmes.
- Coordinating and managing third-party consultants to aid project delivery.
- Overseeing and negotiating planning, design, and construction phases of development projects.
- Handling disposals and acquisitions through negotiation and management.
- Developing and managing budgets, ensuring compliance.
- Building relationships with partners and clients, providing project updates to the team and funding partners.
- Generating Board reports and project updates for stakeholders.
