Well known, well respected commercial property development business is looking to add to their North West team, based in Cheshire. This company has an exceptional track record of creating schemes and projects mainly in the business space sector. This position is suitable for someone with 2-4 years of practical property development experience, initially supporting senior team members.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and updating development appraisals and programmes.
  • Coordinating and managing third-party consultants to aid project delivery.
  • Overseeing and negotiating planning, design, and construction phases of development projects.
  • Handling disposals and acquisitions through negotiation and management.
  • Developing and managing budgets, ensuring compliance.
  • Building relationships with partners and clients, providing project updates to the team and funding partners.
  • Generating Board reports and project updates for stakeholders.
