Macdonald & Company has been exclusively retained to appoint a Head of Operations & Sales for a high-growth, private equity-backed multi-site business, transforming the way modern SMEs, e-commerce brands and entrepreneurs access workspace, logistics and business infrastructure.

Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will lead the commercial and operational performance of the business, driving occupancy, revenue, customer experience and operational excellence across a growing portfolio, while building the platform for future growth.

About You
You will be an ambitious commercial leader with over 10 years experience managing multi-site operations, ideally gained within:

- Self Storage
- Hospitality
- Logistics
- Business Services
- Property Platforms
- Other asset-backed operating businesses
- Private equity-backed experience is advantageous but not essential.
You'll combine strong commercial instincts with operational excellence and enjoy working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
