I am recruiting an Operations Associate to join a growing London based property business, supporting the day to day management of a portfolio of mainly residential and commercial properties.

You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, working across property and facilities management, contractor coordination, tenant liaison, procurement and wider business operations.

  • Coordinating day to day property and facilities management across a mainly residential and commercial property portfolio
  • Managing maintenance, repairs, inspections and planned preventative maintenance programmes
  • Managing contractor and supplier relationships, procurement and service contracts
  • Attending site inspections, monitoring works and following up on outstanding actions
  • Researching suppliers and presenting recommendations to support business decisions
  • Building and maintaining operational trackers, manuals and supplier databases
  • Producing high-quality reports, presentations and operational documentation
  • Providing occasional support to the international team, including potential international travel

Experience in facilities or property management across residential and commercial assets. Confident managing contractors, quotations, budgets and maintenance programmes. Proactive, self-sufficient and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
