This is a newly created role delivering a UK portfolio of technically complex data centre and industrial & logistics developments, working alongside a highly experienced in-house Development, Investment and Asset Management team.

We're looking for someone with

  • Proven client-side or consultancy experience delivering large-scale data centre projects.
  • A strong background in project delivery, procurement, design management and stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing major projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • MRICS, MICE or equivalent professional qualification.
