I’m working with a privately owned international real estate investor that is looking to appoint an experienced Asset Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of out-of-town retail parks, retail warehousing and trade counters. This is a high-impact opportunity within a lean, entrepreneurial environment, offering genuine autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence both income and capital growth across the portfolio.

The role will focus on:

  • Developing and executing asset-level business plans
  • Leading leasing strategy, including rent reviews, renewals, regears and new lettings
  • Driving value through repositioning, refurbishment, development, acquisitions and disposals
  • Managing asset performance, budgets, service providers and key occupier relationships
  • Supporting investment decisions through financial analysis, reporting and market insight

We’re looking for:

  • MRICS qualified – essential
  • 3–5 years’ commercial property asset management experience
  • Ideally, experience across out-of-town retail parks / retail warehousing
  • A strong track record of driving performance through leasing and active asset management
  • Excellent commercial, financial and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to operate independently
