As a centre manager you will balance the needs of the occupiers against the needs of the business, ensuring all maintenance, repair work and compliance is in place. You will organise inspections, viewings and advertising and with your monthly auditing process, dispatch invoices and monitor revenue collection.
Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years experience in facilities management, with knowledge of leases and licences along with health and safety requirements. Good interpersonal skills and a full driving licence is essential to the delivery of this efficient and effective service.
