Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a growing Build to Rent operator. You will be responsible for delivering lettings and property management services across residential developments while providing an exceptional resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage lettings, tenancy administration, referencing, Right to Rent checks, move-ins, and deposit registration.
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with property legislation and health & safety requirements.
  • Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, check-outs, and deposit returns.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolve resident queries, and organise resident events.
  • Maintain accurate records and work closely with operational, marketing, and finance teams.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in property management or residential lettings.
  • Good understanding of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills.
  • Professional qualification (ARLA, RICS, IRPM) or working towards one is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
