Are you an experienced Commercial Property Manager looking for a role where you can take ownership of a commercial property portfolio and build strong relationships with clients and tenants?
I'm currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established property business managing a portfolio of commercial assets, location predominantly around the North West. This is a hands-on role, joining an established and successful team.
Key responsibilities include:- Managing the day-to-day operation of a commercial property portfolio
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with tenants, clients and contractors
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance works
- Managing service charge budgets, reconciliations and expenditure
- Carrying out regular site inspections and ensuring Health & Safety compliance
- Overseeing vacant units, lease obligations and tenant applications
- Working closely with finance teams on rent collection, invoicing and debtor management
- Producing regular reports on occupancy, budgets and property performance
- Previous commercial property management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good financial and budgeting awareness
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence (travel to sites is required)
- RICS qualification or working towards it would be advantageous
