Just north of the actual Lake District, this beautiful city is steeped in British heritage and is also home to this superb opportunity to join a clientside organisation as their Projects, Maintenance and Facilities Manager.

Tasked with overseeing everything across this 30-acre estate, you’ll be ensuring any planned and reactive maintenance is carried out on their buildings, checking compliance certification as and when needed, and also overseeing any project work necessary such as repair work, minor extensions and similar.

You can be from any sort of technical background – building surveying, construction management, engineering, facilities management or anything similar. You do need to be able to work autonomously and be able to manage and oversee any contractors or in-house team as well.
