Responsibilities

• Leading reinstatement projects for damaged commercial properties, with project values ranging from £50k to £5m.
• Producing technical reports, diagnosing defects and preparing schedules of work.
• Managing tenders, contracts and project delivery.
• Balancing empathy with efficiency when supporting clients through challenging situations.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered or working towards chartership.
• Building-related degree.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and legislation.
• Experience in contract administration and project planning.
• Calm under pressure, confident communicator, and proactive mindset.
