A highly respected property consultancy is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join its established Building Consultancy team in London.
If you are a surveyor that is either looking for that final but of support to get you over the line with your APC or someone that has recently qualified and looking to work across some of the best commercial projects in London then this might be the role for you.
Working within a collaborative, close-knit team, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of commercial building surveying instructions while taking an active role in project delivery, client relationships and business development.
The Role
You'll work across a varied mix of professional work, including:
- Dilapidations
- Contract administration
- Refurbishment and fit-out projects
- Building pathology
- Planned maintenance programmes
- Licences for alterations
About You
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying
- APC Candidate or recently qualified (MRICS)
- Commercial property experience gained within consultancy or private practice
- Comfortable managing instructions with limited supervision
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Motivated, proactive and keen to develop professionally
