A leading property company is looking for a Project Manager with industrial experience to deliver a large new-build project. Working very autonomously you’d be expected to lead on all aspects of the build, ensuring the design and plans are in-line with the specific needs, working closely with external consultants and tendering to contractors all the way through to completion. This is for an initial 18 month FTC, but will likely take longer than this to complete.
