I’m delighted to be partnering once again with a major land and property owner who are looking for two experienced Senior Estates Surveyors to join their growing property team. These roles offer the opportunity to work across a diverse national estate, delivering high-impact property transactions and providing strategic estates advice that directly supports major projects.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the estate remains fit for purpose, commercially effective and well-managed, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external property advisors.

You will be required to:

  • Lead complex property transactions including rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and development agreements
  • Providing strategic estates advice across a varied operational portfolio
  • Manage high-value casework and support delivery of major property projects
  • Work with agents, solicitors and professional advisors across the property supply chain
  • Build strong relationships with project teams and stakeholders

MRICS qualification along with strong estates or commercial property experience is essential; you will need to be able to communicate complex property matters clearly and confidently. This role will offer the opportunity to work on some very high-profile projects where you will be instrumental to their success.
