Are you an experienced property leader ready to shape and lead a high-performing national property function?

We're looking for an exceptional Head of Property to lead the safe, compliant and efficient management of a diverse, multi-site estate within a national charity providing essential care and support services.

You'll oversee maintenance, statutory compliance, contractor performance, budgets and operational delivery, ensuring homes and service environments remain safe, well maintained and fit for purpose for the people who rely on them every day.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive service improvement, develop high-performing teams, strengthen governance and build strong partnerships across the organisation.

  • What you'll bring
  • Significant senior leadership experience in property, estates or facilities management.
  • Expertise in statutory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance, and contractor management.
  • A track record of leading teams, improving performance and delivering operational excellence across multi-site estates.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • The ability to build effective relationships with operational teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare, social care, housing, charity, education or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
