This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and busy company as their Head of Construction. Covering the UK but based from their Midlands office (or from home/hybrid working) you’ll be responsible for the delivery of the variety of new build and refurbishment work the company needs.
Reporting to the Property Director, your role will be to oversee the variety of consultants and contractors used in the delivery of projects varying from c£2m - £15m, a mixture of new build work and refresh / fit-out work as the portfolio grows.
Your experience will ideally be from the clientside, where you’ve already been responsible for works across a number of sites, dealing with consultants and contractors alike. The sector doesn’t necessarily matter; anything fast-paced like retail, student accommodation or similar.
Given full autonomy and with the other Project Managers reporting in to you, you’ll need to hit the ground running and be able to juggle several ongoing projects from day one.
