You will be responsible for the performance and management of a diverse property portfolio. This includes driving income growth, managing landlord and tenant matters, overseeing lettings and identifying opportunities to enhance asset value.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a mixed-use property portfolio
- Lead lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures
- Oversee lettings and void management
- Identify asset management and development opportunities
