A leading property consultancy is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Architect to join their leadership team at Associate Director or Partner level. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architectural professional with strong design, technical, and client leadership skills to play a key role in delivering major projects and growing our presence across the public sector, education and healthcare markets.
You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, develop client relationships, and contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the business while ensuring the highest standards of design, technical excellence, and project delivery.
As a senior leader you will:
- Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to project teams.
- Support business development activities, bids, and framework opportunities.
- Mentor and develop architects, technicians, and emerging talent.
- Drive design quality, innovation, and technical excellence across projects.
- Oversee project performance, programme delivery, and commercial outcomes.
- Champion BIM best practice and lead project delivery using Revit.
