A leading Property consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director in the London team as they look to continue to offer unrivalled advice on major schemes across London and the South East.
You will be working with major housebuilders, developers and investors, maintaining relationships and continuing the fantastic reputation for gaining consent on some of the most iconic developments across the UK. On a daily basis you will be preparing complex applications for a range of schemes and developments, working closely with local authorities and major stakeholders.
You should look to bring new business through your network and regularly pursue new opportunities for instructions. With a track record in delivering successful consents across London and the South East, you should have an excellent knowledge of the UK Planning system. Membership of the RTPI is vital to performing the role and working closely with clients.
You should be a strong communicator, be comfortable with chairing meetings and public speaking.
