With new investment, our client is investing further in to their expanding Commercial Lease Advisory team.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step up to an Associate Partner / Partner position.This position is based at a new office in the heart of the heart of London, where you’ll collaborate closely with the Industrial and Logistics Agency team, taking the initiative in your work.You will focus particularly on the southeastern industrial sector, providing outstanding client service and offering advice across a wide range of areas, including rent reviews, lease renewals, dispute resolution, and lease regears.You will proactively identify new opportunities while continuing to strengthen and expand existing business relationships.
