We're working with a well-established property investment group to find an Assistant Sales & Lettings Asset Manager to take ownership of sales and lettings performance on a landmark mixed-use riverside development in West London. This is a genuinely commercial role at the heart of the scheme's delivery, where you'll drive pricing strategy, manage agent performance, and play a central role in both the sales and private rental elements of the development. This is a 2 year fixed term contract.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the day-to-day sales and lettings strategy, working closely with appointed agents to drive pace, pricing and conversion
- Tracking pricing, reservations, exchanges, completions and void periods, and building pricing/absorption models against the business plan
- Chairing agent performance reviews and holding them to agreed KPIs
- Leading on lettings strategy for the private rented element, including rent-setting and void management
- Monitoring market conditions and comparable schemes to recommend pricing and incentive adjustments
- Supporting wider asset management, tracking income, service charges and capex, and preparing performance reporting for senior stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- 3β6 years' experience in new homes sales, lettings, or residential asset management, ideally within a large-scale development or build-to-rent context
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing sales or lettings pipelines against targets
- Confidence managing external agents, including performance management and tender processes
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
