This leading consultancy specialises in providing expert advice on property and infrastructure projects across the UK. As the business continues to expand, they are seeking an additional team member to join their Birmingham office.
This role will initially involve supporting senior team members who provide strategic advice on acquisitions and development, particularly in the negotiation of agreements and the assessment of acquisition and redevelopment projects linked to major infrastructure schemes.
Applicants will have 12–18 months of relevant practical experience, with exposure to the infrastructure, utilities, valuation, or acquisitions sectors. APC training or progress towards it is highly desirable. The role is best suited to someone based in the wider West Midlands region, with regular reporting to the Birmingham office. APC training support will be provided if required.
Salary: £28,000–£40,000 plus benefits, depending on experience and qualifications.
