Overview

Well known commercial property occupier has need for an Assistant Commercial Estates Surveyor to join the existing Estates Management team. The role requires a qualified Real Estate Graduate (BSc/MSc) with AT LEAST 12 months practical UK experience (essential) who is looking to continue their professional development with a business that are a leader in their sector.

Responsibilities

  • Involved in a mixed, commercial estate management role, including rent reviews/lease renewals, property management, acquisitions & disposals, managing external consultants, and facilities management matters.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Real Estate Graduate (BSc/MSc)
  • At least 12 months practical UK experience (essential)
  • APC training support is offered; applicants with 12 months APC signed off are particularly encouraged to apply

Working Arrangements and Benefits

This business is pro-office working, so you will be expected to join the rest of the team at their HQ in Derbyshire when not out on site. Salary circa £28–£30,000 dependent on experience.
