A privately owned property investment and development business is seeking an Asset Manager to join its team. The company manages a high-quality mixed-use estate, with a strong focus on regeneration, placemaking and long-term value creation.
The Role
You will be responsible for the performance and management of a diverse property portfolio. This includes driving income growth, managing landlord and tenant matters, overseeing lettings and identifying opportunities to enhance asset value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed-use property portfolio
- Lead lease renewals, rent reviews and lease restructures
- Oversee lettings and void management
- Identify asset management and development opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting and reporting
- Build strong occupier and stakeholder relationships
- Work closely with internal teams and external consultants
About You
- Degree educated with a professional property qualification (MRICS preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in asset management and/or property investment
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to add value to property assets
- Proactive, collaborative and delivery focused
