Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus We're recruiting for an Asset Manager to join a leading real estate investment business, managing a diverse commercial property portfolio across the UK.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced asset management professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio, driving performance through proactive lease management, value-add initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
The Role Manage lease events including rent reviews, renewals, break options and re-gears.
Oversee lettings, disposals and acquisitions.
Deliver refurbishment projects to maximise asset value.
Manage dilapidations and ensure lease compliance.
Work closely with agents, solicitors and internal stakeholders to drive portfolio performance.
About You Previous experience in commercial property asset management.
Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical ability.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
