I’m looking for a Property Asset Manager to play a key role across a substantial UK estate. Someone who can take ownership of property transactions, give sound commercial advice and make sure the detail is right before it becomes someone else’s problem.
You’ll be involved in leases and licences, negotiations, due diligence and landlord & tenant matters, but you’ll also see what happens around those transactions. You’ll work with internal teams, project stakeholders, legal advisers, surveyors, contractors and the people responsible for mobilising new sites. Your work will have a direct bearing on how efficiently property is acquired, occupied and managed across the estate.
That gives you something many property roles don’t: variety with a purpose.
You won’t simply be processing transactions. You’ll be expected to understand the risks, challenge where necessary, advise stakeholders and keep things moving. There’s enough technical property work to keep you engaged, but also enough commercial and stakeholder exposure to develop your career beyond the confines of a traditional property management position.
The client is looking for someone with around 1–4 years’ commercial property experience who has a good understanding of leases, licenses and the mechanics behind occupational agreements.
In return, you’ll step into a role where you can broaden your experience across an interesting UK-wide estate, work alongside experienced property and business teams, and build a career around much more than simply managing a list of properties.
Salary circa £35,000 - £45,000 + Car
