I’m working on an Asset Manager role with a growing, fully integrated Build-to-Rent platform that’s scaling quickly across the UK. This is a genuinely broad role with exposure across both operational assets and development schemes, ideal for someone looking to step into a more commercial, value-add position.

The Role

Driving NOI, occupancy and rental growth across the portfolio

Analysing leasing performance, pricing and key KPIs

Leading on budgets, business plans and reforecasts

Producing investor-level reporting and performance analysis

Working closely with development, operations and property management teams

Identifying and delivering value-add initiatives

About you

2–4 years’ experience in asset management, investment or similar

Strong Excel and financial analysis skills

Understanding of core real estate metrics (NOI, IRR, valuation drivers)

Someone commercially minded who wants to get closer to decision-making

BTR / residential exposure helpful, but not essential
