For Companies Macdonald & Company have been instructed by a private property company to search for an Asset Manager, responsible for a portfolio of high-value commercial office assets across Central London. This role offers true end-to-end responsibility—from strategy and leasing through to financial performance and board reporting—within a small, collaborative team where your contribution is highly visible and valued.
The Role
- Manage the day-to-day asset strategy for a key London portfolio
- Drive leasing, marketing, and tenant engagement initiatives
- Develop value-add business plans and oversee financial performance
- Present updates and strategic recommendations directly to senior leadership
- Oversee external consultants including leasing agents and managing agents
Candidate Profile
- MRICS qualified with a minimum of 3 years commercial asset management experience
- You will have experience in managing offices, ideally Central London.
- Highly analytical, numerate, and confident presenting at board level
- Proactive, hands-on and comfortable working in a high-performing team
- Previous experience in delivering value add Capex projects is advantageous
