Job Summary
Macdonald & Company have partnered exclusively with a large national wholesaler who have an extensive estate throughout the UK.
They are looking to recruit an exceptional Asset & Estates Manager to cover a portfolio that stretches from the Northern Home Counties upwards throughout the UK – the ideal candidate will be based in the Northern Home Counties as far North Yorkshire. This is a true value-add role with
active and effective asset management of the Property Portfolio.
You’ll be tasked with negotiations and liaising with landlords, managing agents, tenants, solicitors, surveyors, and third parties.
You will act as the main point of contact between the portfolio\’s landlords and deal with licences for alterations to leasehold documentation to ensuring compliance with leases. You’ll be tasked with the disposal of any property that\’s surplus to requirements along with the management support of Nationwide Property Portfolio totalling circa 4+ million sq ft, to include rent payments (of circa £15m per annum), service charge payments, and Business Rates.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3+ years post qualified experience and those with client side experience are preferred.
It is essential that you have a full UK drivers license and are happy with regular travel.
Salary and package are flexible for the right person, likely circa £50,000-£65,000 +Car + Bonus.
