Job Summary
A leading international real estate investment manager is seeking an Asset Manager at Analyst or Associate level to join its London team.
An excellent opportunity for a 2β4 year real estate professional to take genuine ownership of investments across the UK and Europe, working closely with senior investment professionals and operating partners.
Key focus: Asset strategy & value creation Leasing, capex & business plans Financial modelling, budgets & cash flows Portfolio performance & valuations Investment Committee & senior reporting Ideal background: Real estate investment, asset management, acquisitions or portfolio management experience within an institutional platform, REPE fund, REIT or investment manager.
Strong Excel/modelling skills and exposure to value-add real estate preferred.
