Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and acquisition of new sites across the South of England.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of acquisitions from site search through to deal negotiation, exchange, and securing planning consent.
  • Produce and present detailed business cases, board reports, and presentations.
  • Contribute to the long-term acquisitions strategy and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
  • Support asset management initiatives and provide assistance to operational teams when required.
  • Engage and pitch effectively to landlords, agents, and potential partners.

Candidate Profile
  • MRICS qualified Surveyor with a strong understanding of land and property acquisition.
  • Proven track record in property deals, ideally within the leisure, retail, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.
  • Sound knowledge of UK planning processes.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
