I am working on behalf of a leading organisation to recruit a Strategic Planning Surveyor.
This is a key role within a forward-thinking Strategic Planning team, offering the opportunity to shape and secure their long-term footprint, essential for the sustainability and growth of their core business operations.
The successful candidate will support the identification, acquisition, and development of land and assets, working through the full lifecycle from strategic planning to planning permission, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. This role provides the chance to impact a critical function within the business while gaining exposure to multifaceted cases, creating an excellent foundation for your career.
This position suits a collaborative and strategic mindset—someone with a background in real estate or planning, with at least two years of experience, and progression towards chartered status (RICS or RTPI) is preferred (if not already achieved).
This is a Midlands-based role with a choice of offices across the region. The salary is circa £38,000 – £44,500, plus a Company Car.
