A major global investment business is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join its Manchester team. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-quality commercial assets, working closely with internal asset management and facilities teams to ensure properties are well maintained, compliant and performing to a high standard. Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across a commercial property portfolio
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, suppliers and key stakeholders
- Oversee maintenance, contractors, inspections and compliance
- Manage service charge budgets and property expenditure
- Support planned preventative maintenance and improvement programmes
- Work closely with asset management, facilities, finance and legal teams
- Monitor property performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare reports and management information
- Ensure compliance with relevant property, H&S and insurance requirements
- Proactively manage occupier queries and deliver a high level of customer service
About you
- Proven experience managing commercial property portfolios
- Strong understanding of property management and service charge principles
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation, H&S and compliance
- Experience managing budgets, contractors and suppliers
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
